“Success With People,” “40 Days to Success With People,” Success With People Club,” "A Complete System for Effectively Managing People in Any Organization," and our logos are all service marks of Success With People, Inc.  You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify these marks in any way without Success With People's prior written permission.  Use of Success With People's marks on any other web site without Success With People’s prior written consent is prohibited.  All other trademarks, trade names, and service marks displayed on our site are owned by their respective owners.

You may link your website to www.SuccessWithPeople.com.  Success With People is not responsible for the content on any linked site or for any link on any linked site.

Prohibited Activities

Governing Law

The laws of the state of California govern any claim relating to our web site and the materials contained on the web site, without reference to its conflicts of law rules.  You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Superior court of California for the County of Marin and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, for any and all disputes.
