Talent Assessments

Our Talent Assessment is a coaching exercise that enables managers and employees to work more effectively together by better understanding how people behave on the job and the values that drive those behaviors. 

For this reason our Talent Assessments are also a crucial tool to use to fully qualify great candidates to hire.

Assign your best candidates to work with us in our Talent Assessment process to move beyond your "gut feeling" to confirm the facts about their behaviors and values on the job.  Review the results with them as part of your first in-person interview process.  This approach communicates you are committed to their success and your company is a better opportunity than the other firms with whom they are interviewing.

Part of this work with you includes an evaluation report that analyzes a total of 14
separate areas, presented in two sections:

SECTION 1: BEHAVIORAL HIERARCHY (8 AREAS)

This section explores the behavioral traits demanded of the job. The higher the
ranking, the more important the behavioral trait will be to the job for stress reduction
and superior performance. 

The results of each area are ranked on a scale, reflecting the unique levels of applicability and importance to the job. These rankings illustrate what is essential for this job to deliver superior performance and maximum value to your organization.

SECTION 2: REWARDS/CULTURE HIERARCHY (6 AREAS)

This section clearly identifies the rewards/culture of the job, which defines its sources of motivation. It clarifies "why" and "in what kind of environment" this job will produce success.
