PLEASE NOTE:  Based on additional Client feedback we have reorganized the 12 Desired Results from Establish Your Foundation, Balance Your Workload and Manage Your Team's Performance to Belong, Believe and Become.  We have also merged Pass The Baton on Job Responsibilities into Right Person - Right Job.  In its place we have Know Your People.  (Dave is a high Traditional, therefore he only becomes temporarily satisfied with his work...  everything we do is in a state of continuous improvement.)

People learn our proven system through coaching, consulting, professional speaking and training.  We also offer assessments for hiring and employee development plus a variety of online employee screening tools to confirm your employees are people of integrity.

Success With People is a virtual organization of senior-level business professionals with very different yet complementary skills and experiences.  Each of us have 30 years or more business experience.  We recognize failure and success from experience.  Fortunately we remain much closer friends with success.
