Three ways to use this
training for significant impact

Here are three
common ways people utilize Success Scenarios individually or as a team:
One year of learning
- Every two
weeks review a Success Scenario – watch the prerecorded webinar,
listen to the mp3 file, review the PowerPoint slides
and/or read the e-book; then review the study guide
to more deeply consider how to apply what has been taught in your life. Set
one specific behavior to change or habit to develop during the upcoming week

A
week later assess your progress towards changing the behavior or developing
the habit. Reaffirm the goal or set a new one that builds upon your new
behavior or habit. Continue to hold yourself accountable weekly.

After studying six Success Scenarios this way, take one week off.
This enables you to go through all 24 Success Scenarios in one year
at a pace of six per quarter.
Focus on key needs
- From the Success
Scenarios library of 24 training modules create a list, in order of
priority, of the behaviors you need to improve to save time, be more
productive and/or achieve your goals.

Start with the first module on your priority list. Study the Success
Scenario materials for that module to develop better skills in that
area. Set behavioral goals weekly and hold yourself accountable to grow.
Involve your boss or a mentor if necessary for accountability.

After you have improved that skill or behavior to an acceptable level, then
move on to the next most critical area of development that you have
identified on your priority list.
Resolve a
crisis
- Employees argue... an
employee yells at a customer... someone accidentally releases confidential
information via email... work that is delegated does not get completed…
During the next 12 months you will have a problem in your career or with
one of your employees.

Individually or as a group go to your Success Scenarios library for
inspiration on how to transform the challenge into a positive learning
experience. Study the Success Scenarios module that applies to the
situation. Create an action plan of how to overcome the challenge.
Implement the action plan.

Follow-up weekly or bi-weekly to confirm the behavioral challenge that has
been overcome is truly behind the individual or group, or at least being
properly managed.
Work as an individual or a group:
You can study and apply Success Scenarios as an individual, but the best
bargain is to learn it as a team or company. And your success never ends. As a
