<p>&ldquo;We are very pleased to announce the Best Tech Workplaces winners for our 2011 survey,&rdquo; announced David Russell, CEO of Success With People.&nbsp; &ldquo;The first place winner is down under, <a href="http://www.leapconsulting.com.au/">Leap Consulting</a> of Western Australia.&nbsp; They edged out <a href="http://www.dngnet.com/">Data Network Group</a> of Boulder, Colorado.&nbsp; Both of these companies were certified 2010 Best Tech Workplaces.&nbsp; Our third place company, <a href="http://www.stempsystems.com/">Stemp Systems Group</a> of Long Island City, New York, significantly improved their 2010 scores to become certified for the first time.&rdquo;</p>
<p>This is the second annual Best Tech Workplaces competition.&nbsp; This is a best place to work-type of survey is limited to technology solution providers worldwide.&nbsp; It will return again in 2012, but in a format that enables companies to assess employee engagement monthly.&nbsp; More details will be available in the first quarter of next year.&nbsp; &nbsp;</p>
<p>In some ways you have to love the Australian winner&rsquo;s gauntlet toss to other participants.&nbsp; Zaun Bhana, Operations Director of Leap Consulting, the 2011 winning Best Tech Workplace challenged his peers in fun rather than pride when asked why they won.</p>
