Expectations: We help define the behavioral expecations for a new employee.

Goals: We help define the annual goals for the new employee.

Interview Scorecard: We create a 16-question interview scorecard to rate a common set of interview questions for all candidates. The questions are based on the work values and behaviors of an expected superstar in the position (Register to access a sample in the free stuff area).

Compensation: At the client's option we provide limited advice on how to structure a compensation plan for the new employee that limits overhead and motivates the new employee to achieve their goals.

In addition to these steps, a complete review of the client onboarding process and ongoing employee management is often requested. What follows is a comprehensive process ensuring that our clients hire the right person for the job.
