Success With People was founded in 2004 by David Russell.  After 30 years in business, David decided to write a book on how to manage employees, called Success With People.  His ideas received enough praise to inspire another creation, Success With People, Inc.

Over the years our business has evolved and our activities have ranged from executive coaching and training to sales management and marketing.  We have even created our own software to help you manage your employees called MANAGEtoWIN. 

Our Name

The name, Success With People, was an easy choice for our company due to our first book.  It reflects our motivation to help business leaders effectively engage their people, and achieve the ultimate success of inspiring them to their greatest levels of productivity, efficiency, and satisfaction.

Our Work

Our work often takes on multiple facets, as we start with a plan of management transformation and each company or client we encounter discovers our expertise in another area to be helpful.  Initially we focus on our specialty:  implementing proven systems to increase employee engagement and leadership development.  However, the needs of each organization are different, and we are continuously engaging in new activities to better serve our clients.
